    Job Description

    JOB DUTIES
    • Management; timekeeping, holidays, insurance procedures, labor contracts, equipment, ordering, inventory, office hygiene environment,....
    • Data aggregation, schedule adjustment, customer service, document information management, air ticket/hotel arrangement,.
    • Support documents related to investment and business licenses
    • Support procedures related to foreign workers: housing, banking, work permits, temporary residence papers, visas, etc.
    • Support document translation (Vietnamese - Japanese), support meeting translation (when necessary)
    • Settlement of expenses related to company operations


    REQUEST:
    • Over 2 years of experience related to general affairs
    • Can work according to Japanese schedule
    • Japanese proficiency equivalent to N2. (no degree required)
    • Basic office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
