- Implement and manage BIM/CIM related projects.
- Coordinate with departments to complete design drawings and 3D models.
- Manage BIM/CIM engineering team, assign work and ensure project progress.
- Ensure model quality as required.
- Report progress and handle issues arising in the project.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in the BIM/CIM field.
- Have participated in or been in charge of large-scale BIM/CIM projects.
- Good at reading and understanding drawings, and have knowledge of construction, architecture, bridges, roads, traffic works...
- Proficient in BIM/CIM software such as: Autocad, Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Dynamo (advantage).
- Deep understanding of BIM/CIM project implementation standards and processes.
- Priority given to those who know Autolisp programming
- Careful, able to withstand high work pressure.
- Responsible, able to work independently and manage a team, assign work and control progress.
- Japanese equivalent to N4 or higher or have experience working in Japanese companies. Can read and understand drawings and instructions in Japanese.
