Job Description: Site Development Officer
Search, survey and evaluate potential locations to open a store.
Analyze customer traffic, competitors, rental costs, feasibility and business efficiency of the premises.
Negotiate with landlord about rental price and contract terms.
Work with relevant departments (design, construction, legal) to implement new store opening.
Track progress from survey to official store opening.
Update data and report periodically on site development status to management.
College/university graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate or related fields.
Priority is given to candidates with experience in F&B, retail or real estate.
Required: Know Chinese (basic listening, speaking, reading, writing for communication and work).
Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
Proactive, able to work under pressure, willing to travel.
