    Job description
    • Prepare, prepare and process salads/Asian dishes,... according to the available menu;
    • Checking all kinds of raw materials and food imported/exported during the day;
    • Ensure the restaurant's standards on food hygiene and safety and labor safety;
    • Maintain equipment and tools in the area where they work;
    • Coordinate with other departments in the Kitchen to complete dishes for diners;
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.
    Candidate Requirements
    • Having a degree/certificate in cooking is an advantage;
    • Knowledge of food and restaurant service industry;
