Job Description

JOB CONTENT

Prepare fresh ingredients, seasonings and Japanese dishes such as sushi, sashimi, ramen, tempura, and grilled dishes.
Prepare and decorate dishes according to requirements, ensuring quality and aesthetics.
Ensure kitchen area, cooking utensils and ingredients are kept clean according to food safety standards.
Assist the chef in managing ingredients and controlling food quantities.
Cooperate with other departments to ensure food is served on time.
Maintain and use kitchen equipment properly.

INTEREST

Salary: 8,000,000 ~ 12,000,000 VND/month.
Probation: 02 months, receive 100% salary.
13th month salary bonus.
Teamwork support 300,000 VND/month.
Support meals according to work shifts.
Salary review every 2 years.
Professional and friendly working environment.
Annual company trip, insurance, health check-up according to law.

REQUEST

Male/female from 18 - 33 years old.
Have related experience from 1 year.
Priority is given to communication Japanese (no degree required).
Experience in Japanese cooking is a plus.
Hardworking, careful, clean.
