    Job Description

    • Assist the head chef and assign the assistant chef to check the quality and quantity of raw materials needed for the day.
    • Check the status of raw materials and food left from the working shift to avoid and minimize waste and damage of raw materials.
    • Prepare necessary equipment, utensils and raw materials when preparing food, plan to import raw materials and goods for the next shift if necessary.
    • Update relevant departments with menu innovations including: special request dishes, temporarily discontinued dishes,
    • Receive orders from customers, assign to other departments in the kitchen and directly implement processing
    • Standardize processing and marinating of ingredients according to appropriate standards.
    • Prepare main dishes according to the process and ensure restaurant standards (including labor safety and food hygiene standards,
    • Decorate and finish the dish after processing according to the correct standards.
    • Other tasks as required by manager, department head
