    Job Description

    • Prepare, pre-process, and cook dishes according to the instructions and requirements of the Head Chef.
    • Ensure compliance with the restaurant's seasoning and presentation standards./ Ensure compliance with the restaurant's seasoning and presentation standards.
    • Strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
    • Deliver visually appealing and nutritious dishes to customers.

    Job Requirements / Job Requirements:

    • At least 6 months of experience in hot kitchen within Western cuisine.
    • Willing to work rotating shifts: 6:30 AM 2:30 PM & 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM./ Working rotating shifts: 6:30 14:30 and 14:30 22:30.
    • Able to work under pressure and adapt well./ Able to work under pressure and adapt well.

    Schedule/ Route:

    • Probation: 2 months.
    • Working time: 8 hour per day (rotating shift)/ Working time: 8 hour rotation shift.
