Receive requests and serve drinks to guests quickly and according to established procedures
Ensure all drinks are prepared according to standard recipes and Company standards.
Maintain adequate stock of beverages and guest goods to meet business and service needs.
Make sure drinks are stored carefully at the right temperature
Maintain cleanliness and aesthetics in the bar area and bar equipment of the restaurant
Make sure all barware and glasses are clean and polished.
Support inventory and record bar inventory accurately.
Good control of internal beverage circulation
