Work content:
- Check the staff card when entering / exiting the hotel.
- Control the entry and exit of suppliers, visitors and irregular employees, refuse to allow people and property to enter/exit the hotel in contravention of regulations.
- Regularly patrol the areas in the hotel: public areas, staff areas, corridors of floors, open living rooms, roofs, boiler areas, etc.
- Proactively detect problems and situations that arise for timely handling.
- Record the specific situation in the patrol number.
- Operate the hotel's surveillance camera system, quickly capture incidents through the monitor screen system in the monitoring room.
- Check the dynamic status of the emergency lights and notify the relevant department for timely repair when detecting damage.
- Regularly check the operation status of fire protection equipment.
- Save the test content in the notebook.
- Directly resolve disputes and conflicts between employees and guests, between guests and guests, between employees and employees... serious consequences.
- Make incident reports when required and save the contents in the notebook.
- 12 hour shift, rotating shift.
- One day off per week except Saturday and Sunday.
