Job Details
- Shift handover: Go to work according to the production shift and attend the first shift meeting under the direction of the production shift leader. Carry out the handover and receipt of equipment and maintenance work of the previous shift; go with the shift maintenance to inspect the actual production lines or equipment; sign the handover book according to the form.
- After handover, the shift starts checking the stone powder scale, oil scale, finished product scale and takes photos to report to the weighing test inspection team.
- Then go check and take pictures of the amount of water used for production and take pictures to report to the equipment incident reporting group.
- Focus on closely following machines to monitor and handle problems during the shift.
- Periodically grease the equipment bearings.
- Regularly clean the inverter cabinet every 2 days.
- Any equipment that has a problem must be reported to the manager to request immediate shutdown and handling.
- Prevent work practices and handling by workers that may damage equipment and pose a danger to personnel.
- Not only checking the equipment of the production lines, maintenance needs to regularly check the equipment: Laboratory; color workshop; warehouse electrical systems; office; kitchen; factory security lighting...
- Check the power station system and power line system once a day.
- Willing to work overtime as assigned to troubleshoot major issues after hours.
- Coordinate with Administrative Maintenance for repair, installation and processing.
- Support other departments when required.
