    Job Description

    • Arrange a time to check the machines, equipment and other assets in the rooms and areas in the hotel restaurant every day.
    • Proposing maintenance solutions for machines and equipment when needed.
    • Record the status of all machinery and equipment in the hotel restaurant for easy monitoring and management.
    • Perform equipment maintenance when necessary.
    • Receive information about the failure status of the system or a part of machinery and equipment to plan the repair as soon as possible.
    • Check the problems encountered by the machine and equipment to repair or replace to ensure that it does not affect the working process of other parts.
    • Repair or replace equipment immediately.
    • Support other departmental staff to check the problems of machinery and equipment and fix the problem as soon as possible.
    • Know the information of the shifts, always take notes so that the necessary information to do your shift well and pass it on to the next person.
    • Complete the work on schedule, according to the process and ensure the quality of the machinery and equipment for the restaurant and hotel to operate.
    • Treat workspaces, areas of sensitive equipment such as electricity/water to be clean, dry and tidy.
    • Handle other tasks as required by superiors.
