JOB DUTIES
1. Organize the repair of property and machinery.
- Receive repair note from the requesting department/unit.
- Make a repair plan including self-repair or outsourced service.– Monitor the repair process.
- Prepare inspection and repair records.
- Hand over to the use department after the repair is completed.
- Update maintenance records including repair log book, machine history sheet.
2. Monitor, check and accept the installation of fixed assets and machinery.
- Receive repeat orders from relevant departments.
- Follow up the installation process.
- Acceptance of installation.
- Assigned to the user to use (sign the minutes of acceptance).
- Update maintenance records.
3. Follow up the warranty process
Warranty planning.
- Organize the implementation according to the plan.
- Make a record of warranty acceptance test.
- Make a plan to repair and maintain after the warranty expires.
4. Manage maintenance records
- Make a list of all types of machines...
- Make a list of maintenance and warranty tools.
- Build machine history sheets for important machines.
- Update records when arising.
