JOB DETAILS: The job involves inspecting, maintaining, and regularly cleaning machinery, equipment, electrical, water, and electromechanical systems, and monitoring equipment performance to recommend component replacements when necessary. You will also receive and process repair requests from various departments.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Regular inspection, maintenance, and cleaning of machinery, equipment, and electrical, water, and electromechanical systems.
- Monitor the equipment's operating status and recommend component replacement when necessary.
- Receive and process repair requests from various departments.
- Repair the problem directly or coordinate with external units to resolve it.
- Monitor warranty claims, inspect repairs, and install new equipment.
- Update maintenance records, logbooks, and submit periodic reports to superiors.
- Provide support for other technical tasks as required.
- Comply with workplace safety regulations and use full protective equipment while working.
REQUEST:- Graduated from a vocational school or higher with a major in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in equipment maintenance and repair is required.
- Knowledge of machinery, electrical and plumbing systems, and electromechanical systems.
- Know how to use maintenance and repair tools.
- Possesses the skills to handle problems quickly and effectively.
- Honest, hardworking, and responsible in their work.
- They are in good health and have the ability to work in a team.
- In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: knowledge of technical documentation, understanding of technical procedures, and proficiency in industrial electricity.
- To meet job requirements, knowledge of maintenance, repair skills, experience working with electrical maintenance, and understanding of equipment maintenance are necessary.
