1/ Sales:
- Consulting and introducing to customers the company's diamond and gem products.
- Instructing customers on how to check product quality, notes on product use and preservation.
- Receiving orders from customers and tracking product delivery to customers,
- Support customers on sales related policies.
- Displaying, managing and monitoring goods at the assigned counter;
- Express image, brand, professional sales style.
2/ Preserving, displaying and cleaning goods:
- Clean goods, display shelves, counters inside and outside in the working area.
- Check product status and information.
- Store goods in accordance with regulations.
3/ Management of goods and tools:
- Inventory of goods at the beginning and the end of the shift.
- Update the number of goods sold in the shift and send a request to replenish the goods.
- At the end of the day, count goods and assets, lock counters and cabinets according to regulations.
4/ Taking care of customer complaints:
- Receive and transfer feedback and complaints from customers to the CEO.
- Answering customer queries and resolving complaints.
- Receiving orders, tracking warranty goods, tracking returns.
- Collect product feedback and report to the CEO.
Candidate Requirements:
- Female from 22-28 years old
- Good appearance, over 1m58 . tall
- Friendly, open-minded, patient, listening, tactful personality.
- Skills: communication, sales, psychological understanding and problem solving.
- Experience selling . Long-term commitment at work.
- Knowledge of jewelry industry, high-end gems is an advantage.
Right:
- 2 months probationary period, probationary salary: 85% of official salary.
- Gross salary: 7,000,000 VND.
