Job Description

JOB DETAILS:

This position is responsible for arranging and displaying merchandise, advising customers, participating in periodic inventory checks, maintaining store cleanliness, and preserving the brand image.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Arrange and display goods that meet the requirements for sale.
Customer service: Introducing products, providing usage instructions, etc.
Participate in periodic inventory checks.
Maintain store cleanliness and uphold the brand image.
Other tasks as required by the Store Manager.

REQUEST:

Experience in selling fashion, cosmetics, and fashion accessories is an advantage.
Good communication skills.
Energetic, quick-witted, neat, and tidy.
Being able to communicate in English is a plus.
Flexible shift work is possible, adapting to the store's schedule at the shopping mall.
- 09:00 - 17:30
- 11:30 - 20:00
- 13:30 - 22:00.

BENEFITS RECEIVED:

Basic salary from 5,500,000 VND/month (regardless of sales) + monthly parking allowance + other allowances + sales commission.
Full social insurance and health insurance coverage as per current labor laws.
Bonuses are based on store revenue, and year-end bonuses are based on business performance.
12 days of annual leave.
