Job Description

- Job details:

Prepare drinks according to the shop's recipes.
Greet and advise customers on the menu and current promotions.
Clean the bar counter and bar equipment.
Other tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
Working hours: rotating shifts according to employee availability.
Morning shift: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Afternoon shift: 13:00 to 18:00
Evening shift: 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM

- Job requirements:

Between the ages of 18 and 25
I enjoy sales and customer service.
Proactive, agile, and possesses a strong team spirit.
Honest, hardworking, responsible
Positive, cheerful attitude, and a love for service work.

- Benefits received:

Income: from 2,000,000 VND to 7,000,000 VND per month , depending on:

Number of working hours of employees
Store revenue performance
Probation period: 2 months
Official: salary + allowances + bonuses

Other benefits:

Sales commission and allowances are provided according to company regulations.
Holiday bonuses, 13th-month salary
Salary review every 6 months
Receive training and have the opportunity to advance to Shift Supervisor and Store Manager positions.
The candidate will be selected for a store near their home/school that suits them best.
