Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Perform steps in the sales process: Understand needs, advise and introduce products to customers.
Regularly check and arrange goods, guide customers to view products.
Clean store and work area daily.
Perform other support tasks as required by store manager.
Always maintain and convey a good image of the product and the company to customers.
Connect and collaborate with colleagues to create a civilized and harmonious working environment.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum high school graduate or higher.
Male/female, 18 years old or older, no experience required, will be professionally trained in product knowledge, sales skills,...
Passionate about fashion, love sales. Cheerful, dynamic, enthusiastic, open-minded.

BENEFITS POLICY:

Income: from 5.5 million to over 10 million VND, annual bonuses, depending on business situation and work results (Basic salary + recruitment KPI).
Probationary salary is 85% of official salary.
Employee discount policy.

Working time: 2 days off per month
Morning shift: 08:30– 16:30
Afternoon shift: 14:00 - 22:00
