Job Description:

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Propose effective sales process (if any).
Update product information for customers.
Learn, identify real customer needs and advise on choosing the right product.
Support and answer customer questions during product selection process.
Ensure customer orders are correct and have sufficient information according to customer requirements.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues. Represent, advise, and support customers in choosing flower models on the website/store.
Arrange and display products according to company standards.
Keep the store clean and tidy.
