JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage goods in the complete department: code, type, specifications...
- Check the quality of goods, maintain product hygiene, and ensure the space is always clean and tidy
- Perform good customer care and service
- Always update information about goods and promotions at the supermarket and explain to customers
- Polite, respectful and confident when contacting customers, knowing how to proactively grasp customer requests
- Introducing product information to advise customers on sales
- Make payment for customers' orders
- Listen to customer opinions and promptly report to management. Resolve problems if any arise
- Perform other tasks as arranged by management and the company
- Delivery to the address on the bill when the customer requests; Deliver documents and invoices to the main office
- Job details will be discussed specifically during the interview
WORKING TIME
- Rotating shifts: Morning 6am - 2pm - afternoon 2pm - 10pm
- Work 6 days/week (have 1 day off any week except Saturday & Sunday)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Age: over 18 years old
- Ability to communicate and persuade customers
- No experience required
- Negotiable salary (Full participation in health insurance, social insurance and other benefits as prescribed)
