Job description:
- Direct sales at the store
- Sweep and clean goods when necessary
- Data entry and inventory
- Instruct customers to use products and services
- Consulting and answering customers' questions
- Receive and process orders from carriers and customers when problems arise
- Check inbox and comment.
- Other tasks assigned by direct superiors.
- Search for more external customer sources from Zalo, Facebook,...
Job requirements:
- No experience required.
- Female employee, age:, committed to long-term employment.
- Have good communication, problem expression and customer persuasion skills.
- Having knowledge and experience in sales and customer care is an advantage.
