Job Description:

Can work full-time in 8-hour shifts (Shift 1: 6:30-15:00); (Shift 2: 13:00-21:30)
Organize the display of goods at the counter (display of goods includes the proportion of displayed goods and display principles, correct price list, labels), ensure goods are always full on the shelves, keep the shelves tidy and clean
Regularly check shelves and goods to manage quantity and quality of goods, report on expired goods,...
Consulting and answering customers' questions about information related to supermarkets, products, and promotional programs
Prepare online orders according to correct quantity and specifications
Support or directly handle complaints, incidents or problems arising related to the counter
Participate in the delivery of goods in your industry with the correct quantity, quality, specifications...

Job requirements:

Graduated from High School or above.
Have at least 01 year of experience working in a sales position or customer service field
Having a foreign language (English) is an advantage
Knowledge of organic products and nutrition is an advantage
Honest, careful, diligent
Cheerful, sociable, full of positive energy & agile
Skillful communication, polite and courteous attitude
