Job Description

JOB DUTIES
House/apartment handover staff works at Long Hung Ward project, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai.
- Mass inspection and acceptance of all apartments together with the Project Management Board (Project Management Board).
- Contact customers to arrange delivery time.
- Prepare necessary documents for handover.
- Coordinate and hand over the apartment to the buyer.
- Continuously coordinate with the Project Management Board and construction department to complete and handle errors upon handover.
- Perform other tasks when assigned.
New graduates or inexperienced interns can be recruited, the company will provide training
