Job Description

Access control:
- Check people and vehicles entering and exiting the building, ensuring only authorized people can enter.
- Required to present access card, identification documents or other necessary information.
- Detect and prevent unauthorized intrusions.
Patrol and surveillance:
- Regularly patrol areas within the building, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, office areas, warehouses, etc.
- Monitor the security camera system, detect unusual behaviors.
- Report any incidents immediately to building management.
Handling emergency situations:
- Respond quickly and effectively in emergencies such as fire, theft, accidents, etc
- Provide first aid to injured people.
- Coordinate with authorities to resolve incidents.
Other work:
- Support customers and residents in the building.
- Maintain general hygiene in the work area.
- Perform other tasks assigned by building management.
