    Job Description

    • Admissions consulting
    • Directly advise and introduce parents and students to appropriate educational programs (classes, workshops, events, etc.)
    • Guiding parents and students to complete the admission procedure, entrance test and class placement
    • Disseminate and advise the school's regulations and policies for each educational program

    • Operation array
    • Keep track of the school's operating schedule, including: class schedule, event calendar, room usage schedule,...
    • Statistical results of weekly activities, report directly to school management
    • Manage school facilities and documents
    • Supporting the organization and operation of events at the school
    • Perform other related tasks as requested by management

    • Customer care section
    • Acting as a liaison between parents and the school
    • Actively support, receive and handle feedback from parents and students according to the school's regulations
    • Maintain contact, find out the thoughts and aspirations of parents and students to ensure the quality of education and operation
    • Coordinate with other departments to implement marketing and enrollment activities
    • Answer phone calls and school social media during working hours

    • Working time: Flexible arrangement by shift, 1 day off a week
    • Monday to Friday: + Morning shift: 09:00 – 17:00
    + Afternoon shift: 13:00 – 20:00
    • Saturday and Sunday: + Morning shift: 08:30 - 18:30
    + Afternoon shift: 10:00 - 20:00
