Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support daily office tasks such as managing documents, handling correspondences, especially day-to-day communications between departments and countries./的日常沟通协助。
Organize and schedule meetings, build agendas and coordinate attendance of attending./组织和安排会议，制定议程，并协调与会人员的安排。
Maintain the accuracy of employee files and databases./维护员工档案和数据库的准确性.
Collect and analyze the data by excel file./通过excel文件收集并分析数据.
Resolve daily employee problems and demands./处理和解决员工的日常问题和需求。
Support team members about documents and other tasks that assigned./协助团队成员处理文书工作和其他指定任务。

Skills and Qualifications:

Fluently in listening, speaking, reading, and writing by Chinese./中文听说读写流利.
Handle daily tasks fluently, English proficiency is a plus./能够流畅对接日常工作, 同时有英语能力的优先.
Good office skills (Excel), capable of handling daily data analysis, standards integration, meeting minutes, quarterly reports, etc. .
Willing to go business trip and overtime./能够接受出差和偶尔加班.
Priority for candidates with experience in monitoring foreign trade or furniture factory development./有外贸跟单经验或家具工厂开发跟单者优先.
