I / PERSONNEL STANDARDS:
- Gender: Not required
- Age: From 24 to 30 years old
- Knowledge: Graduated from University, College majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience: Experience and understanding of Ecommerce, Online & Offline business models, understanding of livestream is an advantage
- 1-2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Care or Customer Relationship Management (Advantage).
- Appearance: not required, priority given to candidates with good looks
- Skills: Office IT, teamwork ability between departments, good communication skills
- Enthusiastic, passionate about creativity, responsible for work. Positive energy in all situations. Desire to find a job that can be attached to long term, Spirit of continuous learning, ready to do new things.
- Priority is given to candidates who can use English well.
II/ JOB DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
Customer Relationship Management
- Be the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers, understand their business needs.
- Regularly and proactively check on customer status, ensure satisfaction and promptly handle arising issues. Account Coordination & Customer Support
- Monitor the entire customer journey, from the beginning of the partnership to later stages of engagement.
- Support customers during cooperation, solve problems and answer questions.
- Work closely with internal departments (Project Management/Sales/Booking) to ensure working arrangements are executed smoothly.
Data & Document Management
- Update and store complete information about customer interactions, contracts and account status.
- Track and report customer engagement metrics, identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports and summaries for Project/Program Management on client activities and trends.
III/ BENEFITS
- Fixed salary: From 7,000,000 to 8,000,000 VND/month
- Attendance allowance: 300,000 VND/month
- Lunch allowance: 500,000 VND/month
- Commission: 5% of Company revenue from brands in charge
- Working time: From Monday to Saturday morning (8:00-17:30, Saturday work online)
