Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Monitor and manage social interactions on the company's page
Answer and advise customers' problems through messages and comments on the page
Navigating customers to use the company's products
Control negative comments on the page
Reporting as required by management

REQUEST

Prior experience on page 6 months or more, experience in dairy products, diapers, pharmaceuticals is an advantage (no experience will be trained)
Hardworking, agile, progressive, good thinking ability and handling situations
Responsibility for work
