JOB:
Recruitment
- Support departments to develop job descriptions, functions and tasks;
- Posting and screening candidates, participating in interviews and selecting candidates;
- Follow up the probationary process of new employees.
Salary and benefits
- Receive and manage new employee records;
- Implement personnel procedures including: monitoring, evaluating, renewing, evaluating contracts, evaluating work efficiency, changing salary and bonus regimes, ranks, appointment, dismissal, transfer, reward, discipline...
- Inform and answer questions related to salary, bonus and welfare regimes of employees;
- Perform timekeeping and salary calculation.
Administrative personnel
- Support in human resource management - Labor relations;
- Manage assets, tools, working tools, stationery, uniforms...
- Follow up and handle the repair arising in the Company;
- Perform clerical work, maintain HR records; summarizing the meeting's contents, monitoring the performance of other administrative tasks;
- Inventory and manage assets handed over to individuals and departments;
- Do administrative paperwork for the system.
REQUEST:
- Male / Female aged from 23 to 27 years old;
- Graduated from College, University majoring in Business Administration, Human Resources;
- Having 01 year of experience in recruitment, priority is given to candidates with F&B recruitment experience
- Having knowledge and understanding in the field of human resources and labor market in Vietnam;
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Careful, meticulous and have a high sense of responsibility.
