Job Description

Job description:

Carry out procedures for signing documents and contracts with Customers to formalize sales transactions between Customers and Investors;
Ensure that the set of documents and contracts signed with Customers is consistent with the approved set of documents and contracts, in accordance with the provisions of law; Review and propose appropriate adjustments/modifications to relevant units;
Advise Customers on products, services, policies, basic terms in sales contracts and
Other relevant documents when customers come to check in at the Procedures Department;
Manage and process customer loan applications; Coordinate with specialized departments to provide customers with quick and simple services in case customers have bank loans;
Urging, reminding and coordinating to collect and handle customer debt; Responsible for urging and reminding customers to pay: Inform customers of payment schedules specified in the sales contract/signed documents and remind and urge customers to pay;
Manage Customer information and records; Manage and store Customer records, ensuring the confidentiality of Customer information;
Coordinate relevant parties to carry out procedures to provide services to customers; Provide a list of customers who have registered for services/products/gifts according to policies issued to departments and the Company.

Candidate requirements:
Graduated from College/University or higher;
Have 02 years of experience working in a related position at projects or companies in the real estate field;
Good communication, presentation, problem solving and situation handling skills;
Confident, professional, with experience working in the field of Real Estate, High-end Real Estate....;
Careful, meticulous, hardworking & honest;
Be responsible and withstand high pressure at work.
