    Job Description

    • Helpdesk: Receives jobs from leader, supports users to fix PC, Laptop, printer, windows, linux
    • Network system: CISCO control(switch, router, backbone), ccna, ccnp knowledge
    • Server system: OS maintaining control(window, linux),monitoring hardware server HP system

    Recruitment requirements:

    • At least a Bachelor or Engineer degree in information technology, computer science or related fields. Certifications: CCNA, CCNP...
    • Certifications or proven ability to manage Windows Server and Linux system.
    • Demonstrate experience in managing Domain and email server.
    • Having good communication and problem-solving skills, basic English communication.
    • Understanding of system architecture and networks/firewalls.
    • Knowledge of virtualization technology, hybrid environment, enterprise security solutions.
    • Familiarity with information security processes and standards.
    • 2 years of experience in the same responsibilities
