    Job Description

    • Dealing with customers and partners, from receiving orders to completing deliveries ( Confront with customers and partners, from handle order to delivery)
    • Handling problems arising on orders (Handle in order)
    • Follow up and plan on-time delivery (Follow & arrange devilery on time as requirement)
    • Prepare a list of liabilities and report at the end of the month (Preparing specified list and monthly report)
    • Daily Japanese communication by mail with the Japanese side (Daily Japanese communication with Japan side)
    • Support work when needed or as required by the Director (Support team members if needed or other task from Director)

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    • Japanese N3~ (Japanese N3~ or equal is requested)
    • At least 1 year working experience in the same field (At least 1 year working experience)
    • Pay attention to detail and careful ability to entry and compare data.
    • Problem solving and under high pressure abilities
    • Able to communicate via email in basic English is an advantage (Basic English is a plus)
