Job details:
1: Market, Customer:
- Understand the equipment capacity of the Company and competitors, analyze strengths and weaknesses, understand customers to gain an advantage in the process of contacting, negotiating and discussing with customers.
- Search for potential customers, maintain customer relationships. Develop business in assigned areas.
- Contact customers, projects and update all customer information in market reports.
- Draft the contract after the customer has basically agreed, send it to the Sales Manager for comments on the contract terms.
- Make weekly and monthly work plans and report to the Director and City. Implement according to the plan, report results daily and weekly.
2: Contract performance:
- Directly contact customers to schedule the production department to meet the progress and customer service time by day, week, month... report to the department head to finalize the daily and weekly schedule. Plan feasible production output according to the actual progress of the project by month, quarter, year...
- Directly implement and coordinate with departments to resolve field work including procedures for implementation of the production department. Sign and confirm monthly volume and value and transfer to the Accounting department to issue invoices. Monitor contracts and collect debts from customers.
- Receive and handle customer complaints about service quality, coordinate with the production department to resolve problems arising during the implementation of work at the site, report to the City Manager and Director in difficult cases.
3: Capital collection:
- Directly confirm the monthly volume and value of all assigned customers; follow the correct volume and value confirmation reconciliation process; and payment process.
+ Directly summarize volume, pump vouchers… on the value table.
+ Resolve all problems with customers regarding problems during the comparison process.
+ Ensure timely invoice issuance according to regulations
+ Responsible for collecting capital for assigned projects and customers;
+ Make capital collection plan, urge debt collection directly from customers, report to TP and KTT on capital collection situation; propose and recommend support.
Job requirements:
- Male, age 22 to 35 years old
- Graduated from College - University - Major: Business Administration, Construction Economics, Transport Economics...
- Proficient in basic office computer and word, excel software. outoket
- Experience in sales and good communication skills is an advantage. Minimum 1 year experience or more.
- Have long-term development orientation and goals for market development work.
- Good health, enthusiastic at work.
- Work scientifically and responsibly.
