JOB DETAILS
Advise customers on product features and implementation solutions to optimize product value.
Optimize the value of the production team and bring value to customers through:
- Describe product items accurately and clearly enough for the project team to understand the requirements through communication with customers.
- Act as a communication bridge between customers and the production team, receive requests from customers and forward them to the production team.
- Work with the project team to create an overview plan for the entire project towards release goals.
- Prepare reports for management and project stakeholders.
- Predict risks that may arise in the project and propose solutions.
- Proactively propose technical and/or operational solutions for the project.- Participate in the project quotation process with the department head and sales.
- Participate in the project estimation process from the requirements definition phase onwards.
- Accept products received from the team and transfer to customers.
- In charge of other tasks as required by the Senior Manager.
Requirements:
Required:
(1) Degree, experience:
- University graduate majoring in IT or related field.
- Japanese: good communication, proficient in both listening, speaking, reading and writing (from N2 or higher)
- Have at least 1 year of experience in BrSE position OR at least 3 years of experience in IT Comtor position
(2) Soft skills:
- Have good thinking, flexibility and critical thinking ability
- Willing to go onsite in Japan for at least 3 months.
Advantages:
- Experience in analysis, SRS/URD and basic design and detailed design documents.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum model.
Salary in NET/gross : Upto 60M.
Working time: (1) Check-in from 7:00 - 9:00, ends after 8 working hours
Other benefits:
(1) Working hours, days off, leave:
- Flexible working hours, starting from 7am - 9am, 1 hour lunch break (12pm - 1pm), finish work within 8 working hours.
- Remote working mode up to 30% of working time per month.
- 12 days paid leave per year according to Labor Law and general State holiday schedule.
- Plus 1 day off for company birthday.
- For female employees: Add 6 days off/year, divided equally by 12 months for health recovery.
(2) Salary and bonus:
- Review work results and salary twice a year in March and September.
- Project team bonus, responsibility bonus twice a year in March and September according to Company regulations.
- Holiday bonuses.
- Year-end bonus based on ability and work performance.
(3) Training and development:
- 75% - 100% support for tuition and exam costs to obtain international IT certificates in Project Management, Agile/Scrum (PSM, PSPO, PMI, AWS, ISTQB,...) and other knowledge to improve human resource capacity.
(4) Other welfare regimes:
