Job Description

We are a thermos bottle manufacturing and exporting company, currently looking for an Order Tracker (Merchandiser) to work in Ho Chi Minh City (An Khanh Ward) , to coordinate and monitor orders from production to delivery. This position ensures the schedule, quality and customer requirements are met, while working closely with internal departments throughout the production process.

Job responsibilities:

Receive and verify orders from Sales department or from customers;
Coordinate with relevant departments (production, QC, logistics, accounting...) to ensure timely and accurate order execution;
Track production and delivery status of each order; update order tracking system and report progress periodically;
Handle issues arising from order delays, product quality or changes from the customer;
Store and manage all records and documents related to orders.

You are suitable if:

Fluency in English is required; basic Chinese is an advantage;
Have good communication and coordination skills;
Proactive, eager to learn and have a long-term career development orientation;
Priority is given to candidates with experience in similar positions.
