Receive, organize and manage customer bookings across all channels. Keep in touch and communicate continuously with the Sales team to be able to receive and arrange bookings promptly.
Arrange, monitor and coordinate the daily work of all employees at the outlet..
Handle problems that arise with other relevant members and groups.
Manage outlet product quality as well as issues related to food safety and hygiene.
Control and ensure service and customer experience at the outlet: employee interactions with customers, store hygiene issues as well as all issues related to sound, light, smell and atmosphere at the outlet.
Regularly inspect Outlet areas to determine whether sanitation standards are being maintained.
Monitor issues regarding customer arrangements and bookings. Carry out daily customer relations tasks at the outlet, get customer opinions as well as resolve customer problems.
Resolve urgent tasks arising at the outlet such as:
Handle customer complaints about the outlet experience (Food, music, scent, harassment...)
Handle suddenly arising situations: Arguments between members of the shop, between customers, fights, theft, breakage, and other pop-up problems that arise during the shift.
Talk to the police and local authorities if problems arise during the shift
Manage, control, and compare daily income and expenditure at the outlet. Analyze basic revenue and cost data.
Make daily reports on shift status, issues at the outlet and related data.
Manage and coordinate periodic outlet activities:
Manage employees, assign work & schedule work for employees.
Management and inventory of assets and goods. Control inventory levels periodically at the outlet. Make a list of orders for goods, raw materials, tools, machinery and equipment periodically.
Coordinate with other departments (R&D, Marketing, Purchasing, Financial, Accounting) to implement outlet-related plans.
Participate in contributing, building & adjusting management systems and operating procedures to suit the actual situation.
Manage, organize and operate business activities according to the orientations set by management levels.
