- Build and manage content (including writing content, presenting content, and creating image ideas) on the Company's Fanpage and Website.
- Build advertising plans and strategies for Facebook, Zalo, Google... and optimize advertising strategies
- Generate ideas and write advertising content
- Create content to design images and advertising banners
- Research and grasp trends in office rental and real estate in the market to propose marketing and promotional programs to increase revenue.
- Expand your list of potential customers via phone, email marketing, text messages,...
- Build a communication program to promote the Company's service image.
- Report marketing results after each marketing campaign and monthly sales
REQUEST
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related majors;
- Sharp thinking, dynamic working style
- Skills in market analysis, reporting, synthesizing and updating information
- Have work management skills;
