    Job Description

    • Marketing activities of the group (EV One charging station, Audi cars,...):
    1. Develop solutions to connect the TA Group ecosystem, including customer information management solutions (CRM system), customer connection solutions (mobile app) and marketing automation framework (marketing automation framework). ) to make the most of existing customer data.
    2. Build & manage TA Group's branding for customers, partners and internally.
    3. Build operating procedures of the Marketing Group department.
    • Marketing activities of each business segment:
    1. Build & unify marketing orientation with Business Head of each business segment.
    2. Manage Marketing Managers of each business segment in planning & implementing marketing activities according to the direction agreed with the Business Head to promote sales.
    3. Report on budget and marketing performance of the Group and business segments.
    • Marketing activities of the business department are in charge of:
    1. Plan and manage online/offline marketing activities to achieve goals according to the Group Marketing Manager's direction.
    2. Develop content and manage the identity of the business segment on media channels such as Website, Zalo, Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok,...
    3. Manage customer experience throughout the awareness - attraction - consideration - purchase process (sales funnel).
    4. Manage agency and maintain cooperative relationships with partners.
    5. Building operational processes of the Marketing department according to the business segment.
    • Ensuring the operation of digital systems developed by TA Group, including:
    1. EV ONE mobile application
    2. URCAR website
    3. And other systems
    • Report on budget and marketing performance of the business segment in charge.
    • Other tasks as assigned by direct manager
