Job details
- Advising the Board of Directors on market development strategy, brand development of the company
- Monitor, analyze, evaluate and report on Marketing activities and propose solutions to improve and improve efficiency.
- Developing marketing and PR plans and strategies
- Budgeting, resources to implement marketing and PR plans
- Distribution of Marketing activities based on approved budget
- Develop a Marketing plan and implement a specific plan to achieve the goals through online Marketing channels (Facebook, website, SMS Marketing, Email Marketing, SEO, Youtube,...), and through traditional marketing channels. .
- Coordinate with Sales Department to develop and implement Marketing plan
- Allocate work to employees in the department reasonably, operate and monitor the work progress of employees in the Marketing Department
- Building relationships with brands and partners through participating in and giving gifts to the company's event programs and suppliers.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Board of Directors.
