Job description:
- Implement the company's design projects including: motion graphic clips about products, digital publications (on FB, Youtube...), 2D animations, mutext, products about brand identity system, key visual , logo etc...
- Participate in developing and proposing creative design ideas for the company's projects. Design proposals for pitching projects.
- Research, learn and update new design trends with the aim of improving the quality and efficiency of design products.
Request:
- Experience working in the field of communication design for at least 3 years.
- Proficient in using software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere pro, After Effects.
- Understanding of typography, layout, grid, system, color.
- Modern design thinking, open and sociable living. Clear career direction.
- Enthusiasm, passion for design, sharp thinking, ability to analyze and process information in creative design strategies.
- Have an understanding of the applicability of creative design strategies to the branding, communications, and marketing environment.
- Ability to think abstractly, conceptually, and transform written language into visual language.
- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, deadlines, and responsibilities well.
Right:
- Fixed salary million/month, negotiable commensurate with capacity + project bonus + allowances.
- Review salary increases periodically every 6 months, bonus on holidays, Tet, 13th month salary
- Social insurance according to state regulations, periodic health check-ups
- 13 days of leave/year, leave on birthday.
