Job Description:

1. Marketing strategy and plan

  • Develop and implement appropriate marketing strategies for both interior design and scented candle retail to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Develop long-term and short-term marketing plans for the company, including advertising campaigns, promotions, events, etc.
  • Conceptualize and implement communication campaigns on appropriate channels such as online (social media, email marketing) and offline (events, exhibitions).

2. Brand management

  • Ensure that the company's brand image is maintained and developed consistently across all communication channels.
  • Create and develop strategies to build and maintain strong brand images, especially in the interior design and scented candle products industry.

3. Market and customer research

  • Analyze market and consumer trends in the interior design and scented candle industries, and evaluate competitors.
  • Conduct target customer research (needs, preferences, shopping behavior) to develop effective marketing campaigns.
  • Collect and analyze data on marketing campaign effectiveness to adjust strategies accordingly.

4. Create content and promote products

  • Collaborate with internal departments (such as design, production teams) to create high-quality content for promotional campaigns for home furnishings and scented candles (including images, videos, articles, etc.).
  • Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) to promote products and attract potential customers.
  • Run online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to increase brand presence and reach customers.

5. Event and exhibition organization

  • Plan and implement events such as seminars, exhibitions, new product launch events related to scented candles to introduce the company's products and services.
  • Collaborate with partners to organize offline events to enhance brand awareness.

6. Marketing budget management

  • Build and manage marketing budget, ensure reasonable cost and high efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, periodically report results to superiors.

7. Sales support and customer care

  • Skill :
    • Skills in planning and implementing marketing strategies.
    • Good communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to use online marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.).
    • Creative and able to create engaging, unique content.
    • Knowledge of interior design industry and scented candle consumption is an advantage.
  • Working spirit : Able to withstand work pressure, have a progressive spirit, enthusiasm and passion for marketing and products.
