Job Description:

Search, approach and build relationships with potential customers in the real estate market
Exploit and develop new customers from existing customer files from the network of CEO & co-Founder
Support negotiation, contract negotiation, quotation and payment progress tracking.
Customer care, monitoring and supporting the implementation of marketing campaigns to ensure effective commitment.
Update market trends in marketing, communications, events, PR..., analyze customer needs and propose business development strategies.
Ensure sales targets according to the company's plan.
Build appropriate business strategies to expand scale and increase sales

Request:

University graduate in related majors: Business, Marketing, Business Administration
Have 1-3 years of experience in a similar position (Account, B2B Sales, or Real Estate Marketing).
Understanding of the real estate market and marketing channels in the industry. Strong in consulting on press bookings or digital marketing for customers is a plus.
Ability to work independently and withstand sales pressure.
Open-minded, logical, progressive, serious working attitude
