by month, quarter & year
- Develop strategies, implement and measure the overall marketing plan to track
implementation and reporting of results
- Brand:
+ Develop advertising plans, implement brand building programs, PR, events.
+ Establish and maintain relationships with media and press
Digital Marketing: Make a Digital Marketing plan in line with the development strategy
of the company and directly implement the installation and measurement of advertising campaigns for
Digital channels: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Zalo Ads, Tiktok,...
- SEO:
+ Planning to develop SEO for the company's website system, including: administration, statistics,
develop a set of keywords; Implement and report SEO and Google search activities.
+ Build specific strategic models (keywords) in each different period
1.2 Organization of implementation and performance evaluation
- Deploy and supervise the construction of Online and Offline Marketing resources
- Building a system to measure and report the results of Marketing activities; monitor and control
control the indicators corresponding to each subdivision
- Control and measure the effectiveness of the Marketing budget
1.3 Manage and lead, develop the team
- Building and developing the staff of the Marketing department
- Responsible for division of activities in the Marketing department
- Develop work KPIs with each group of employees and perform performance evaluations
weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly job
1.4Report
- Make direct reports to the management on business results and performance
Collaborate with teams/projects in the company on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors
