JOB DETAILS The job of a marketing employee is quite flexible depending on the size and model of the organization and the characteristics of each field. In general, marketing staff perform the following basic tasks:
Develop a plan or receive a marketing plan proposed by the Director
Research the market, customers, and competitors to build appropriate campaigns and marketing strategies
Come up with ideas and implement marketing activities based on the marketing plan
Monitor, evaluate, measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and perform analysis and reports to the board of directors
