    Job Description

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Clients Management:
    • Responding to clients' questions quickly and effectively through all of our communication channels such as social media, phone and emails.
    • Be proactive in sourcing new clients besides Maido's customer data.
    • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
    • Evaluating Maido's customer data to consult customized marketing plans for each client's specific needs.
    • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and to maintain the company's reputation.
    • Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs.

    Internal Management:
    • Learning and understanding Maido's services and products to consult clients.
    • Supporting operations team and maintaining clients for AS (Account Senior) & AM (Account Manager).
    • Supporting AS & AM in data tracking to ensure that the data are always precise and fully provided to clients and GM (General Manager).
    • Supporting AS & AM in research data to implement clients' plans efficiently.
    • Supporting AS & AM in data input.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    An ideal candidate must be:
    • Roll-up-your-sleeve attitude and eagerness to learn
    • Hold yourself accountable for your decisions and actions .
    • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
    • Freshsers and undergraduates are welcome.
