JOB DUTIES
1. Manage and coordinate raw material purchasing and logistics operations services at factories- Screening and finding suppliers of raw materials and logistics in accordance with the group's quality, health, environmental and safety standards, as well as the company's operation and development plan...
- Maintain relationships with Suppliers, propose periodic quotes, update new prices to reduce costs.
- Coordinate with the HSE the implementation of appropriate guidance and investigations into accidents or hazards by service providers in transport, at factories and at mines.
- Responsible for scheduling deliveries and packing plans, based on sales plans and import-export plans.
- Support CS to handle problems that arise during delivery, import and export or at customers' warehouses.
2. Import-Export and transportation of goods- Coordinate delivery of imported goods to the Company warehouse and exports to Customer warehouses.
- Coordinate with Purchaser, prepare reports and calculate costs of imported/exported goods for the Sales Department.
- Coordinate with Logisitics Officer at factories and facilities, manage the transshipment of finished products and transportation of stone materials between the company's factories.
- Directly resolve disputes in transporting goods by domestic and import-export containers from the port to the Factory, to the Customer's warehouse and vice versa.
- Handle requests from Customs for Import-Export documents, delivery orders, and procedures for customs declaration of import-export goods.
- Directly process and manage import-export dossiers and related reports on taxes, C/O, Customs declarations and expenses.
- Get a booking for goods transported domestically by container.
3. Cargo management, Transporters, operating costs and freight rates :- Prepare payment requests for costs related to import/export, freight forwarding between the factory and on-site import/export customers
- Coordinate with Purchaser to manage the list of strategic transporters; Check freight rates and shipping unit prices for routes, update changes and negotiate to get transportation services with appropriate quality and cost.
- Coordinate with HSE to manage labor safety and regulations for Transporters, driver lists, and related training and coaching programs.
- Manage costs and propose transportation units to provide train schedules, periodic quotes, and update new prices to reduce costs.
- Monitor and support Purchase Orders/Contracts for foreign suppliers for PRs purchasing goods from abroad, prepare and perform tasks related to picking up goods and delivering goods to the factory for PRs. Buy goods from abroad.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Accounting to monitor the receipt of goods and assets on the system.
- Carry out evaluation and classification of Suppliers according to plan, coordinate with the planning team to periodically evaluate Suppliers, and search for potential Suppliers.
4. Other jobs- Update new regulations and procedures related to import and export for the team.
- Check and process import and export taxes with the accounting department.
Drafting contracts, PR, payment requests related to import, export and transportation.
