    - Theo dõi SAMBC

    - Phản hồi về dịch vụ của khách hàng

    Nhiệm vụ hàng tháng:

    - Kế hoạch giao hàng cuối tháng
    - Update file Master
    - Kiểm kê tổng thể
    - SAMBC hàng tháng
    - Lập báo cáo NPI
    - Scorecard
    - Kiểm kê hàng cuối tháng
    - Báo cáo các hạn chế
    - SNO scorecard
    - Check KPI

    Ad-hoc:

    - Chạy ZSKU
    - Kiểm tra và lấy chữ ký cho return forms
