    Job Description

    1. Job description
    • Plan work, manage work in the team.
    • Directly deploy advertising campaigns on Facebook according to the approved budget.
    • Develop and deploy activities and work processes; Divide the budget for the Marketing Team to achieve optimal work efficiency.
    • Plan weekly and monthly work for the team to ensure good work efficiency.
    • Market analysis skills, competitor research to come up with appropriate marketing strategies.
    • Proficient in using computers: excel, word
    • Receive, process and distribute new data daily from the Marketing department to Team members.
    • Plan and optimize Sales scenarios
    • Manage issues of tracking and supporting customers during the use of company products
    • Track team orders
    • Manage cost acceptance in a timely manner according to regulations
    • Develop new ideas proposed to the Board of Directors to improve work efficiency.

    2.Request

    Professional qualifications Graduated from college/university (or waiting for degree)
    Age 2000 – 1995
    Work experience Management experience ≥1 year in a similar position.
    Other requirements Proficient in using basic design software. Photo editing, video editing such as: Photoshop, camtasia...
    • Priority is given to having experience working at a company with international markets.
    • Teamwork skills, independent work, leadership skills.
    • Hardworking, enthusiastic, responsible.
    Understand how to operate and proficiently use Facebook advertising channels.
