Job description:
- Analyze competitors and plan work according to programs, campaigns, months, quarters, and years.
- In charge of developing private FB Group
- Seeding brands and services on Groups
- Seeding Post Daily, Post Ads,...
- Manage allocated and used resources (via, accounts...)
- Report work by Day, Week, Month, Year.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Director
Develop internal KPIs evaluation standards for the Marketing department.
Working hours : 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Optional 4 days off/month.
Request:
- Prioritize extroversion and initiative
- Proficient in English because you will work directly with a foreign team (Philippines)
- Have >1 year experience in a similar position or content creator
- Priority is given to candidates with experience running SPA and AESTHETICS
- Able to manage teams both online and offline
Right:
- Fixed salary 12,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND + KPIs + hot bonus + team bonus
(Average monthly INCOME 25-40 million)
Probation 80% Fixed salary, commission received in full 100%
