- Create Marketing plans for company projects.
- Research customer behavior and habits based on the company's projects and products. Master target customers by each channel.
- Build, manage and develop the company's Social Network systems (google ads, facebook, tiktok, instagram, etc.)
- Analyze the market, research competitors to come up with a marketing strategy suitable for each project and product.
- Responsible for progress, work evaluation, and work reporting as required.
- Support and monitor the company's marketing activities.
- Recommend to the Board of Directors reasonable means to serve the job well

3. Skills
- Use and have a proficient understanding of algorithms of social networks (facebook, instagram, google, tiktok, youtube...)
- Understand how to operate advertising channels (facebook, google ads, email, youtube...)
- Have skills in organizing, planning, reporting, monitoring and evaluating campaign progress.
- Teamwork and independent working skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, regularly update new knowledge to meet the job
4. Experience
- At least 1 year experience in a similar position or 2 years in the Digital Marketing industry.
