    Job Description

    1. Job content
    • Responsible for all marketing activities under his/her charge
    • Plan product launches, build customer approach strategies on Facebook, Google, Zalo, Tiktok... marketing channels to suit the company's business strategy.
    • Coordinate to build Marketing strategy suitable for KPI and overall strategy of the responsible area
    • Closely coordinate work with Lead teams in the department
    • Checklist to evaluate employee performance according to assigned tasks
    • Report work results to Director
    • Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
    • Find and test products.

    2. Candidate requirements:
    • Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, dietary supplement industry, etc.
    • Have experience in Team leader position or equivalent position for at least 6 months
    • Ability to plan and implement plans; manage and assign work to employees; have in-depth knowledge of Marketing ADS: Facebook ads, GG ads,...
    • Know how to train and duplicate, screw ads
    • College or university graduate
